Work With Me
A steadier, more compassionate approach to weight loss
If you’re a plus-size woman who has struggled with weight for most of your adult life, you probably know this cycle well: motivation, effort, hope… followed by burnout, frustration, and self-blame.
I know it because I lived it.
I spent decades dieting, starting over, and believing the problem was my willpower. At my highest weight of 314 pounds, I carried not just physical weight, but years of shame, exhaustion, and the feeling that my body was somehow a personal failure.
What changed wasn’t discipline or restriction.
It was learning how to work with my body and brain instead of constantly fighting them.
I’ve lost 85 pounds in my mid-50s, and I’m still on the journey. I’m not coaching from a distant “after” photo. I’m walking this path in real time, navigating habits, mindset, ADHD, and real life right alongside the women I support.
How I help
My work centers on one simple truth: you don’t need fixing.
You need support, structure, and a way forward that actually fits your life.
When we work together, we focus on:
- Building habits that are realistic and sustainable
- Letting go of all-or-nothing thinking
- Reducing shame around food, movement, and your body
- Creating systems that work with ADHD, busy schedules, and changing bodies
- Shifting from self-punishment to self-trust
This isn’t about forcing yourself into someone else’s plan.
It’s about creating your way forward.
Where to start
If you’re curious about working with me, the best place to begin is The Gentle Reset.
It’s a guided starting point designed to help you:
- Step out of overwhelm
- Rebuild trust with yourself
- Begin changing habits without pressure or perfection
It’s not a diet.
It’s not a challenge.
It’s a calmer on-ramp back to your health.
A note from me
You don’t have to hate your body to want change.
You don’t have to “earn” compassion through weight loss.
And you’re not behind because this has been hard.
If you’re ready for a more grounded, honest approach to wellness, I’m glad you’re here.

Looking for more personalized support?
If you’re feeling ready for one-on-one support, I do offer private coaching on a limited basis.
The best way to explore that option is to reach out directly so we can talk through what you’re looking for and whether it’s a good fit.
No pressure, no obligation — just a conversation.
With care,
Brooke
